What is mental health?
Mental health is social emotional and psychological. The three components dictate how we interact with others and how we treat ourselves. They also dictate how we handle the inevitable stress, and how we navigate the decision making process. The stronger our mental health the better equipped we are to ride this rollercoaster we call life! Remember, it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.
